I. LIBRARY PROGRAM

JILL Station as partner in investing on quality and continuing education of child education stakeholders most especially families, houses collections of print and non-print materials in its LIBRARY HUB. The collections aim to support learning and development in the various personal, academic, and/or professional areas. The library as a place is a must to use for effective educational processes as well as for enjoyment serves the commitment for its establishment and maintenance comes from the purposes for which the library is utilized. The accessibility of learning materials and services to members and others is also seen as a help to a nation that builds literate, educated, and cultured citizens. The learning materials are grouped into books and other printed materials such as journals, maps, magazines, toys; and play equipment of educational and developmental values. Such reservoir of materials are available to members and their friends through book borrowing, instructional, study area, advisory, storytelling, and special activities.

II. EARLY CHILDHOOD CARE & DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (PRESCHOOL) - temporarily unavailable

This is a daily child tending session in which a learning facilitator or a teacher conducts purposeful learning activities to a regular group of children from ages 2 years to 4.5 years old (by June 2009) at a given time. The children are grouped into small size class according to age and ability. Each class is provided with a teacher to provide guidance and instruction to carry out activities that aim to systematically influence the children's physical, intellectual, socio-emotional and values development. The preschool program desires to work with parents and significant others for the optimum development of the children and maximization of resources. (See below for class session schedules) The program's six (6) key features are: * small size learning group * child-centered * experiential learning approach * literacy-based instruction * individualized instruction * strong home and school collaboration We invite you to come and visit the Learning Station so we can personally entertain your inquiries regarding our preschool program and fees.

III. AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (TUTORIALS)

The After-School Program aims to support children who need closer monitoring with their academic needs. This program mostly caters to kids who are enrolled in other schools and in need of consistent academic follow-thru to maintain or improve school performance. Interested enrollees are initially assessed to identify the suggested number of hours they need for tutorials.

IV. PARENT & TEACHER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

________ This program hopes to provide parents and teachers opportunities for continuing education towards acquisition of knowledge, attitudes, values and skills that would help them carry out their crucial role in the formation of their child as well as in their personal and professional formation towards becoming lifelong learners.

V. SPECIAL ACTIVITIES (EXTRA-CURRICULAR & SUMMER ACTIVITIES)

These are extra-curricular activities for children during summer or regular pre-school year such as Halloween and Christmas parties; and programs that involve sports clinics; arts & crafts; movements; Mandarin classes; advance classes in Math & Reading; and social awareness activities.
